Abbr. for enterprise resource planning describes an entrepreneurial task. The task is to utilize the resources available in a company possibly most efficiently for the operational flow (capital, working area or personnel) and through that to optimize business processes. The ERP-system is an application software for supporting resource planning of a whole company.
